Meet Sharon

Certified Fitness Trainer and Menopause Coaching Specialist
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Menopause Coaching Specialist, passionate about fitness, running, volleyball, and all things health. Fitness is my happy place, which is why I’ve made it my career!
As a busy working mom, I understand the challenges of prioritizing workouts and self-care, but I also know how essential they are. That’s why I strive to be as flexible as possible with my clients—because making time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s leadership.
My own self-care journey goes beyond just tough workouts—I focus on hydration, quality sleep, proper nutrition, and meaningful downtime with friends and loved ones. Because true wellness is about more than just physical strength—it’s about a happy, healthy heart and mind.
I hold a BA from Rutgers University and certifications in Personal Training, Stretching and Flexibility, and Integrated Balance Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I earned my Menopause Coaching Certification through extensive study under female Physiologist, Dr. Stacy Sims, completing her Menopause 2.0 program. Beyond teaching, I strive to lead by example—I’ve completed over 25 half marathons, a dozen marathons, and an ultramarathon. With over 20 years of experience in volleyball, I’ve been actively involved as both a beach and indoor player, as well as a coach.
As I continue to advance in my fitness career and acquire my dual certification in Menopause with Molly Galbraith of GGS, I’d be thrilled to work with you and support you in reaching your fitness and health goals.
My Vision
I believe fitness is about more than just physical strength—it’s about overall wellness, balance, and self-care. My goal is to help clients make fitness a sustainable part of their lives, no matter how busy they are. I focus on a well-rounded approach, incorporating hydration, quality sleep, proper nutrition, and meaningful downtime. Making time for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s leadership. As I continue advancing in my fitness career, I’m excited to support and empower others in reaching their fitness goals.
