WINTER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING -MON & THU 7PM

Athletes’ Ages 11-17

 

Our Winter Strength & Conditioning program will run in weekly sessions on Mondays and/or Thursdays from January 5 through February 26, 7:00–8:00 PM. Hosted at Princeton Day School, each session focuses on strength training, endurance, speed and agility, flexibility, mobility, and core stability.

We believe that mental strength is just as important as physical performance. Through fitness challenges like push-ups, timed planks, and vertical jump assessments, athletes will track their progress, build confidence, and develop the self-assurance they need to excel in their sport!
