30 MINUTE FULL BODY FITNESS CIRCUIT
Service Description
Our full-body circuit workouts run three days a week, targeting all muscle groups while giving your cardio a boost. Each session is unique, keeping your fitness routine fresh and exciting! When the weather allows, we even take the workouts outdoors for an extra dose of fun. This program is built for consistency—because with consistency, we see results! Classes are designed for all fitness levels, with participants working independently at individual exercise stations. The number of stations varies per class, and you'll spend 30 to 60 seconds at each one. This is your time to push yourself, train at your own pace, and challenge your limits. We'll ensure proper form while you focus on giving it your all! We keep things exciting with a variety of equipment, including battle ropes, steppers, box jumps, slam balls, jump ropes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sliders, ab rollers, tires, and even bodyweight routines. Circuit is fabulously encouraging and supportive group that constantly inspires and motivates one another. Every class kicks off with a dynamic group warm-up and wraps up with static cooldown stretches. At the beginning of each month, members can choose to track their progress with body measurements — because measurements tell the real story, not the scale! After all, muscle is denser than fat! Our focus is on reshaping, building strength, and improving endurance.
