Service Description
Our strength and conditioning program is designed for athletes aged 11-17, with workouts customized to support their specific sport. Each session focuses on core stability, strength training, plyometric, agility, speed, endurance, and flexibility. The program runs in 8-week sessions from October to June at Princeton Day School in Princeton. Classes last 45 minutes, with options to attend once or twice per week based on individual needs. We strongly believe that an athlete’s mental strength is just as crucial as their physical performance. This program is designed to build confidence by allowing athletes to track their progress through various fitness challenges—such as push-ups, timed planks, and vertical jump assessments—helping them develop the confidence they bring to their game!
